This is because either the students have not paid for their registration or you are currently using a trial subscription.

This is for the same reasons that are mentioned above.

Only if you are using a trial subscription. This is due to legal reasons for the most part.

Could you give me more details about the trial subscription?

While using a trial subscription you are allowed to place a single vacancy online for three months plus a description. You also have the ability to invite and accept students. However your companies name, logo, website and general contact details will not be published. In the event that you have found a suitable candidate and wish to accept them for your vacancy only then would you have to pay a single payment of 249 Euros.  

Could you give me more details about the packages?

Packages are a new feature on our site, they were created to maximise the effectiveness and benefits for companies trying to find suitable candidates throughout the year or for those who seek extensive exposure.  You can place from 1-12 vacancies online for a whole year! In your vacancies you can publish your logo, company name, website and full contact details with no restrictions. Paid subscribers are automatically placed at the top of our search engine giving them a premium spot on our site.
