Your tasks will be:
*Assistance in operation and project Management M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)
*Encoding congress and events registrations.
*Database updating and follow up
*Help in the archives process.

Required Qualifications of Student :
A good knowledge of English and French, both verbal and written. The knowledge of other languages is an asset.  Good computer background (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Web Skills)
Well-organised, able to work within certain deadlines and under pressure.
Friendly and open minded

Duration: 4 to 6 months
