You will develop an entry strategy for exporting the MijnAlbum concept to your native country/ language area other than Dutch/English and start executing your own plan. The plan will include a thorough analysis of the market including the key positions where the international daughter should be visible important portals, sites etc, an overview of the most important competitors, SWOT etc. You will work independently, however you can count on the backup advice and support of the MijnAlbum management when you need it.
